Ordering

Please use this website to select the stair parts you require for your staircase project. If we can help with specific details then simply place your order now and than add comments in the final page on the order process. If you prefer, you are welcome to telephone us to discuss the stair parts you need. You are also welcome to send us plans, sketches or drawings along with details of the specific woods and styles you require.

Payment

This website allows you to place your initial order. Since your order is highly specific to your own project, we will confirm the final price direct with you once we have received the order and discussed any specific requirements. At this stage you are requested to pay by cheque on any UK clearing bank, credit card or credit transfer. We regret that our carriers can not offer a cash-on-delivery option.

Returns

Items may be returned within 3 months but there may be a re-stocking charge which we can advise before you complete your order.

Delivery charges

Due to the various weights of our items, this website is not able to offer a definite delivery charge. After you place your order we will confirm any delivery charge with you before proceeding with the order. You have the right to refuse the order if the delivery charge is unacceptable. We aim though to offer you competitive delivery charges.
