Please use this website to select the stair parts you require for your staircase project. If we can help with specific details then simply place your order now and than add comments in the final page on the order process. If you prefer, you are welcome to telephone us to discuss the stair parts you need. You are also welcome to send us plans, sketches or drawings along with details of the specific timbers and styles you require.

Payment

This website allows you to place your initial order. Since your order is highly specific to your own project, we will confirm the final price direct with you once we have received the order and discussed any specific requirements. At this stage you are requested to pay by cheque on any UK clearing bank, credit card or credit transfer. We regret that our carriers can not offer a cash-on-delivery option.

Returns

Items may be returned within 3 months but there may be a re-stocking charge which we can advise before you complete your order.

FREE pickup from the shop

You are welcome to collect your order from the shop with no delivery charge. Select this option during checkout and you wont be charged any delivery or handling charges.

Delivery dates

The majority of our products are despatched 1 to 3 days after order date. We use TNT for next day delivery service (24hr Express - UK mainland customers only).
TNT deliver between 8.00am and 6.00pm weekdays and require a signature on delivery.
TNT can deliver before 9.00am / 10.00am / before noon and Saturday 9.00am or before noon - price on application.
For Highland and particular scottish postcodes we use Tufnells which are a 3-5 day delivery service.

Important: You can use this website to place an order and request confirmation of delivery and charges before final confirmation of the order.

Signing for your Order

If the packaging looks damaged or squashed in any way, please sign for the goods as "damaged". TNT and Tuffnells will not accept liability if the goods are signed as being "undamaged" on delivery.
